VAPOR REDUCTION LLC. ,VREP-PRIMER, LIMITED WARRANTY
Vapor Reduction Inc. will warrant for a periods of ten (10) years the VREP-PRIMER against material defects. Vapor
Reduction LLC will also warrant the water vapor transmission reduction as shown in the Vapor Reduction Inc. literature,
if Vapor Reduction Inc's application instructions and any other technical information listed is strictly followed.
This limited warranty will cover a total of 1 Million dollars per application, even on a multi phased project.
This limited warranty covers against failure due to concrete water vapor transmission only and includes the following:
Vapor Reduction LLC- VREP-Primer
All labor charges involved
This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
1. The foregoing warranty shall be void if any cracks develop after the application of the VREP-Primer or leakage/
water vapor transmission occurs due to pin holes in the coating.
2. Cracks and joint are not covered in this warranty.
3. The warranty shall be void if the VREP-Primer is applied to improper substrates or substrates that are not properly
prepared according to Vapor Reduction LLC literature and application instructions.
4. Vapor Reduction LLC, VREP-Primer must be applied to structurally sound and clean concrete areas which meet the
industry standards as defined by the ACI Committee 201 report "Guide to durable concrete". If areas where
VREP-Primer is applied now or in future do not meet the aforementioned standard- "Guide to Durable concrete",
then the warranty shall be void.
5. The foregoing warranty shall be void if the Vapor Reduction LLC- VREP-Primer has been applied by an applicator
not approved.
6. The foregoing warranty shall be void if Vapor Reduction LLC- VREP-Primer is not applied at material coverage
rates.
7. The foregoing warranty shall be void if Vapor Reduction LLC-VREP-Primer is applied over improperly prepared
and tested concrete substrates.
8. The foregoing warranty shall be void if concrete surfaces have been treated with any kind of penetrating sealers.
This also includes any alkaline silica re-action (ARS) related conditions causing VREP-Primer to fail in any way.
This warranty is strictly limited to the repair of defective areas due to the failure of Vapor Reduction LLC-VREP-Primer,
and shall exclude consequential damages including but not limited to, damages to structure or to contents of structures.
All accounts must be paid in full prior to any warranty being issued or enforced.
By purchasing our products, the purchaser agrees that any legal action taken against Vapor Reduction LLC or any
of its officers, will be conducted in the Springfield, MA legal system.
The beneficiary of the warranty must provide Vapor Reduction LLC, of, Southwick, MA 01077, a written notice within
thirty (30) days of the discovery of a breach of this warranty in order to assert its right to any repairs covered
by this warranty.
